Northern TRIBS Masters Swimming (NTMS) is a workout group of Adirondack District Masters Swimming (ADMS). Masters Swimming is for Anyone 18 and Up. Pay $30 to get a punch ticket for 10 practices - expires after 6 mo.

Masters Swimmers at Practice
Question: A member of the United States Masters Swimming, Inc. practices with a USA Swimming team. What is the status of the liability insurance for the USA Swimming member club and its members?
Answer: This would be an insured activity. There is an agreement between USA Swimming and USMS allowing their members to practice with either organization as long as a USA Swimming member coach is on deck.

Adirondack Masters Swimming is one of 53 Local Masters Swim Committees (LMSC) of United States Masters Swimming (USMS). We exist to promote fitness and health in adults by offering and supporting Masters Swimming.
ADMS covers an area of Eastern Upstate New York including the Capital Region communities of Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga Springs and Troy; the great Adirondack Park region including Lake Placid, Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake; Northern New York cities of Plattsburgh, Potsdam, Watertown and Fort Drum; the Erie Canal and Mohawk River communities of Rome, Utica, Little Falls and Amsterdam; the Hudson River communities of Glens Falls, Hudson, Kingston, and Cooperstown, Norwich, Oneonta and the Catskill Park.
